This place has the most beautiful oak trees, very iconic to Savannah. There are nice trails and historic tabby ruins and views of the marsh.

This was the old Savannah power plant that sat abandoned until recently. I was lucky tour the place several times throughout the process of cleaning and converting this place. It is so cool i love old industrial buildings and they did an excellent job preserving the aesthetics and character. Not to mention the geological wonders on display such as dinosaurs, giant geodes and fossils,etc. on the river with outdoor and indoor restaurants and a rooftop bar.

This is my favorite brunch spot. Very cool atmosphere, big and open. Sometimes they have a pianist playing. Great little bar and the food is amazing.

This is one of my favorite places to take people when they are visiting. The views of the river from the rooftop are beautiful and I love the decor and scenery. they make a mean dirty martini.

They serve food later than many restaurants which is convenient and they also deliver. Family friendly atmosphere in the restaurant and there is a separate cash bar in the building with cheap drinks and beer. ($2 well drinks)
