The heart of Destin proper. Lots of fun shops and activities including concerts, hypnotists, etc. A lot of excursions leave from here as well. Fireworks on Thursday nights!

A bit of a drive but absolutely worth it! Breathtakingly beautiful. Rent a kayak, canoe or boat and some snorkel gear and go check out this natural spring. FYI water is cold! Feels great on a hot day. Crystal clear water makes snorkeling amazing.

There are beach chairs and umbrellas already setup on the beach for rent if you'd rather rent than pack the condo's provided chairs and umbrellas. Can be $$ but might be worth it for convenience.

If you're feeling particularly adventurous rent some paddle boards or kayaks for the gulf! In the mornings the gulf water is often calm and glassy. So peaceful and amazing to go paddle boarding out on the water in these conditions.
