There is a gorgeous waterfall walk from the Angel pub in Pontneddfechan. You can make it as long as you want , but going up river and back can be as short as 4 miles. There is a cafe opposite the pub too. I'd recommend the pub meals any day. The staff are lovely. Free to park along the road to the pub.

Great views and many walks from this forest centre just off the A470 on the way to Brecon. Lovely cafe too. The taff trail passes the centre.

Rhossili has the most amazing beach! Worms head, cafes a pub. Sand dunes. A field of sunflowers. Its about an hour and fifteen minutes drive from my house but its worth it!
