An historic cave offering visitors a spiritual experience. Once said to be home to Saint Fillan, an Irish missionary. St Fillan was said to be active in Fife way back in the 7th Century. The key can be accessed from The Cocoa Tree Cafe on the High Street for a small donation.

Roughly 20 mins drive to Kellie Castle from Pittenweem. Interesting historical castle/National Trust for Scotland. Well worth a visit. Beautiful gardens and there's a lovely tearoom and gift shop there. Check times for guided tours.

Beautiful bronze sculpture dedicated to the men and women who made their living from the sea and those who lost their lives in so doing. Funds were raised locally by Pittenweem Fishermen's memorial association.

A favoured route is to walk down Cove Wynd, across the road from Bank House. This takes you past St. Fillan's cave and straight out to the view of the harbour, just over the road. It's a fascinating working harbour and such a lovely place to stroll round.

20 East ShoreA favoured route is to walk down Cove Wynd, across the road from Bank House. This takes you past St. Fillan's cave and straight out to the view of the harbour, just over the road. It's a fascinating working harbour and such a lovely place to stroll round.
Recently renovated and a beautiful area to stop off during coastal walk. Perfect for wild swimming! There's a small sandy beach and upper deck viewing platform with benches to relax.
