Neighborhoods
The beach on 79th street and Collins Avenue is wide and there is a great boardwalk for jogging, biking, inline skating, walking. Famous South Beach. Famous South Beach starts on 25th street (so 54 blocks south). You can theoretically get there walking on beach or beach board walk (but it's stretch). By car it will take you about 15 minutes. You have to stroll down Ocean Drive (at least once). Local favorites are Lincoln Road Shopping Mall (open air, also great restaurants) and Espanola Way (restaurants).
