Kirribilli is one of the most iconic locations. Not only home to the Prime Minister but so close to the city you can almost touch the Opera House. Surrounded by water the serenity is unique. Take a walk around the harbour foreshore, grab a coffee, spoil yourself at one of the amazing restaurants or meet the locals at the sailing club, There is a small theater called The Ensemble which is in the village as well as regular markets, numerous shops and a supermarket. From Kirribilli you can walk across the harbour bridge into the Rocks and Circular Quay ( Opera House ) in 30 mins,

My favorite Beaches + Pools
Sydney is spoilt for choice however after living here for 20 years I have my favorites.
Balmoral is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sydney. Situated 10 mins from your holiday home you will find white sand beautiful blue water and a place to take a picnic, beach umbrella for a relaxing day out. Balmoral has great cafes and the best restaurant called Bathers for a real treat.

Coastal walk
One of the most spectacular coastal walks is from The Spit to Manly. Meander through small beaches, take in the incredible scenery and end up in Manly where you will find an abundance of restaurants before taking the ferry back to circular quay. This is a must do !!!!

Your nearest train station is Milsons point 5 min walk in the centre of Kirribilli and this is the NORTHERN LINE, It takes 3 mins to the city ,
