Located at mid-Vail on the slopes, you can take Gondola One up the mountain at night for a unique dining experience. You'll probably even get a short snowcat ride from the gondola to the front door. Make sure you have reservations or they won't let you on the gondola at night.
You can also grab an apres drink at the 10th before you're off the mountain for the day.
