Welcome to the new Napa Valley of the world. Our home is located in amazing South West Michigan. During your stay you will have more than 15 wineries and vineyard in less than 20 miles to you!

One of our favorite wineries. Great wine,great people. For nearly a century, West Michigan has been the home of some of the most productive and picturesque fruit farms in the Midwest. Lake Michigan's "lake effect" has sheltered the fruit of our region from the harshness of winter - blanketing the fruit vines with snow and providing slightly warmer temperatures. 12 Corners Vineyards was started by a small group of friends who grew up in Michigan and recognized the uniqueness of a site just four miles off Michigan's famed "Gold Coast." The hamlet of Twelve Corners, Michigan is our namesake. They have an 115 acre estate planted with both vinifera and hybrid grapes. The vineyards are planted on soils of varying textures and slopes, bringing a distinct and pronounced terroir to the wines they proudly serve.

Indian Lake Hills Golf Course in the heart of Sister Lakes is the "Landmark on the Lake."
In the early 1920's, the Steimle family carved the East course into the landscape.
In the 1960's, Oscar Kolberg added the West Course that rolls through beautiful apple orchards.
Steve and Lynn Miller, owners since 1982, completed the vision by adding the North course in 1992.

During your stay you will be surrounded by several fairly new casinos. Four Winds Dowagiac is a short 6 miles away. There are several larger casinos a little further away such as Four Winds South Bend, Four Winds New Buffalo, and Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City. These offer fine dining and live entertainment.

Advanced paddling skills are need to navigate and there may also be a signficant portage.

St. Joseph is a city in southwest Michigan, on the shores of Lake Michigan. Along the lake, at the mouth of the St. Joseph River, sandy Silver Beach features a restored 1910 carousel and a pavilion. Near Tiscornia Park and its dune-backed beach, the 2 North Pier lighthouses date from the early 1900s. The Curious Kids’ Museum offers hands-on exhibits, including a play veterinarian clinic, apple orchard and farm.

The university consists of eight schools or colleges, offering 130 undergraduate majors and 70 graduate majors. In addition, post-baccalaureate degrees are offered by all. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, and the Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA).
