If you have time take a road trip or guided tour to McLaren Vale, SA. Approximately one hours drive south of Adelaide, this is one of SA's best wine districts. The "Cube" at d'Arenberg Winery is a must see. It will cost $15 to sample their wines, but it is well worth it.

If your a cricket fan you might want to visit Adelaide Oval. They offer a stadium tour, $25 for adults, $20 concession. Check website for times. You can also do a roof climb, $109 per adult, with night climbs being slightly dearer.

Home to the shopping strip called "The parade", where you will find plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and supermarkets. I have a shopping cart if you need to borrow it.
