Located inside the Blue Moon Market, this is my favorite place to grab lunch! They have an assortment of healthy sushi, sandwiches, noodle dishes and salads. They are only open for full -service on weekdays, but they have a fridge with premade dishes on the weekends.

Hiking areas
The hike from Barker Pass to Ellis Peak is really nice. It's about 7 miles round trip, out and back. The first mile or so climbs steeply up to the ridge, where there is an unreal view of the lake. The trail mellows out a little from there and continues through a sugar pine forest until the last climb up to the peak.

Eagle Rock Hiking Trail

Sightseeing
There are some great views of the lake and some really nice hiking trails. There is also beach access to Rubicon beach from the park. I would recommend the Rubicon Trail for a good hike, its a beautiful trail that follows the cliffs above a remote section of the lake.

D L Bliss State Park
