It's a great spot. High above the city...
Surrounding the tower is a new park constructed of no less than 20 hectares (creating the largest city park in Brussels since the nineteenth century!). Further, various existing green zones are connected to each other and receive the quays along the channel a fresh revamp. A pedestrian bridge will be built across the channel, which should bind the Willebroekkaai, the new Béco park (3.5 ha) and Rue Picard.
All this just a short walk from North Station.
