Nice park in the city centre. It was built in 1888 for the International exhibition of Barcelona. Is located where the old citadel built by the Bourbons after occupying Barcelona in 1714. There are still some old buildings from that period, like the Catalan Parliament, and some new buildings from 1888. Worth visiting the Umbracle (the shelter).

There are several transport tickets. The cheapest is the T-Casual cart (10 trips in a card valid to change transport during 1.15h. One card per person).
Other interesting tickets if you plan to use a lot of public transport is 2, 3, 4 or 5 days tickets. Anyway be aware that Barcelona is worth to be walked.
