A interesting sand dune formation just down the road. Turn right when you get to the entrance to Wilson Prom entrance gates. It's about a 2 km walk to these impressive sand dunes.

From the Telegraph Saddle carpark there's a 3.4 km ascent, but don't stress, the majority of the route is a sealed access road. The walk will take approximately 45 mins, and while it gets the legs burning, the pace is fairly easy to maintain. Magnificent views

Hiking
The are many great hiking tracks within Wilson's Promontory National Park. Go to the visitor Center at Tidal River and get a map and ask questions. Ensure you know what your'e doing, how much time you will need and you take adequate food/water/clothing with you. Don't forget the camera as the scenery is awesome.
A 6Km round trip that takes about 2 Hours. Set off from the Darby River car park. Take a snack and drink. Fantastic views.
