Mi Ranchito "outdoors" has not opened yet, but their hole in the wall location is just up the road and has good breakfast tacos and a nice salsa bar.

We love their chips and salsa and queso and it is BYOB! Not my first choice for enchiladas, but the queso is my favorite! Located in an old house in downtown Buda. They have an outdoor dining space which we usually sit in.

Excellent local cider. Country atmosphere, laid back, great cider! There is also an Indian fusion food truck on site. They are open Thursdays, 12-7pm ; Fridays 12-9pm ; Saturdays 12-9pm ; and Sundays 12pm-7pm
