This park finds itself on a barrier island that stretches from Madeira Beach through Redington Beach and Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Bellair Shore and Beach and Clearwater.
It is a long walk to the beach, but parking is only $5. The ocean and white sand beach are beautiful.

Casual,, beach way of life predominates
There are fine dining restaurants, but even those allow shorts and tee shirts. I suggest checking on dress code prior to booking dinner, but I am not aware of stringent dress codes anyplace. Most places require shirts and shoes!
