Black Horse Trails offer outrides from their stables at the base of the Outeniqua mountains. Choose either a 1.5hr ride through the Eucalyptus forest, or a 3hr ride through the Pine plantations, through the indigenous forest and on to a waterfall for a swim. All skill levels are accommodated for and there’s hardly a better way to explore the wilds of wilderness.

Only a 20-minute drive from Nima the Wild Oats market (otherwise known as the Sedgefield farmers market) is the absolute DREAM. It’s absolutely huge, with crafts and art on one side, and fresh produce, plants and food on the other. The sheer variety of goods available is mind-blowing and everything is locally made/grown and of the highest quality. Happening every Saturday from 7.30am - 12pm it’s an absolute must visit if you’re visiting Nima over the weekend.
