Wilderness National Park encompasses over 1,000 square kilometres of pristine coastline, indigenous forest and thriving wetland. There are many walks which can be done through the park, some of which can be accessed directly from Nima and others which require a short drive. Make sure you always pack plenty of water, warm clothes and a snack when hiking in the park.

Timberlake supports the Slow Food principles of good, clean and fair - simple, honest food made from quality ingredients. And besides some delicious restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessens one can also find leather goods, apparel, wine, galleries and the mohair millshop.

It’s absolutely huge, with crafts and art on one side, and fresh produce, plants and food on the other. The sheer variety of goods available is mind-blowing and everything is locally made/grown and of the highest quality. Happening every Saturday from 7.30am - 12pm it’s an absolute must visit if you’re visiting Nima over the weekend.
