Only in early April(during the season of cherry blossoms),you can enjoy an incredible view from a boat. The boat ride will start from Nanzen-ji Boat Pier and travels 1.5 km to Ebisu Dam and back totaling to 3km ride in about 25 minutes. The boat will pass by Heian Shrine.
