Our neighborhood Persimmon Bar and Grill at Lake Valley Golf Course, one half mile from the house, offers reasonably priced, tasty food and fantastic views of the Flatirons and Front Range from the deck. Element Bistro on Lookout Road in Gunbarrel area has a great happy hour from 3-6 daily. 1914 House in Niwot is a favorite of ours. Trattoria Bacco on North Broadway in Boulder has a delightful Mediterranean menu. 4580 on North Broadway in Boulder is nearby and quite good. Avery Brewery in Gunbarrel is a well known brewery with good food. Just north on Highway 36 is the Greenbrier Restaurant which offers a wonderful Sunday champagne breakfast. And, of course, Pearl Street Mall in Boulder has numerous restaurants and bars.

RECREATION: This neighborhood is a great location to hiking and cycling with access to Boulder Valley Ranch and the Boulder Parks Left Hand Trails.
