If you have a weak stomach, do not go to local warung.
Warung is a typical local dining/restaurant. In general, Balinese like spicy food so if you have a weak stomach, it is better to avoid the local warung and just stick with a cafe or restaurant.

There are so many taxi drivers in Bali and they do not cost much. Other options are Grab and Gojek. They are similar to Uber or Lyft but better. You can arrange transportation (car/motorbike) or order food and drinks from there too. So make sure you have them installed before you arrive.
