Very upscale street food market next to Israels Plaza. When you visit you will find 2 glass buildings with cafes and food shops offering sea food, tapas, breads, chocolate, teas, cheese, pasta, sweets, wines and spirits from all over. Between the buildings is an uncovered area with 2 beautiful flower, fruit and locally grown organic vegetable stands.

Rosenborg Castle is beautiful inside and out and the King's Garden is great for relaxing, seeing the locals go to the park and getting peace, tranquility and fresh air in the middle of the city, both definitely worth seeing? Plan accordingly to have enough time to see all of the castle and the garden. There is a couple of cafes inside the grounds to have beverages and food. The garden is beautiful and the castle really helps one see how the royalty lived.

It is a great museum, the early period is very well done and the artifacts are fantastic, they have been played out and placed superbly well.

Parks & Nature
From our apartment you can get there from Norreport station. The park is a block from the beach, there you will see horses, horse carriages, and lots of deer amidst trees, water and grassy fields. If you can get a bike and visit by bike you will be able to ride the trails and make it a different adventure. If you walk, you will have a very peaceful and wonderful experience. Within the park there is an amusement park, closed in winter, several restaurants and just near by a couple of super cute little towns.
