Probably Galaxy has the best view of Athens.It is at the top floor of Hilton Hotel, so you don't need more than 4' walk. Rather expensive please check prices before ordering! Highly recommended though . Galaxy offers great dinner as well e.g great Sushi .

It is worth to spend one evening walking to the top of the Hill of Lycabettus. Great view! You may use also the extremely high steep Cable Car " Teleferik" otherwise I will guide you on how to walk to the top of the Hill
