Places we like to go and see
The Elviria area in Marbella truly offers it all: Beautiful beach clubs including the world-famous Nikki Beach, just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The Oasis Spa of the Don Carlos hotel next to the house. The beach is a two minute walk away with various chiringuitos within walking distance but also several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies. In the nearby shopping center (just two minutes by car) you can eat delicious churros con chocolate and there are Indian, Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants; for children there are several amusement parks from the simplest in the middle of the pine forest to the exciting Aventura Amazionia for adults and children. Once a month there is the organic market with all the food delights of the area. You can fall asleep in the pool or on the beach or dive into a world of fun activities all just a few minutes from the apartment

We like it expecially for spending time on the terrace with friends or with the family while drinking something fresh. You can rent a sunbed on the beach, there's live music. Seafood is good expecially "Espeto de Sardinas". If you're going by car during the weekend is better to arrive early in the morning if you want to park easily. AVENTURA AMAZONIA MARBELLA is the largest adventure park in Andalusia, and one of the leading theme parks on the Costa del Sol.
Located in Elviria, about 1km from our apartment, the park has 6 Adventure Circuits and includes the longest treetop zipline in Andalusia, with a length of 240m.

Located in Elviria, about 1km from our apartment, the park has 6 Adventure Circuits and includes the longest treetop zipline in Andalusia, with a length of 240m.
The abundant and diverse flora that characterizes this area divides it into two parts: the northern zone and the southern zone. In the northern zone, we find more exotic species such as tropical ones, with palm trees standing out, among others. In the southern zone, native species such as fir trees (pinsapos) and cork oaks are abundant.
Undoubtedly, the most crowded area is the children's playground, where swings and slides, among other installations, are set up. Here, children can jump, slide, play, and have a great time. People of all ages frequent the park, taking the opportunity to relax, stroll, read a book, or play with their children, aiming to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of the cosmopolitan streets of Marbella.
Throughout the year, the park witnesses a multitude of activities and events organized by various institutions, such as tree plantings, children's fashion shows, puppet theater, treasure hunts, or celebrations like carnivals, where children and families play a special role.

For those who enjoy parks with trampolines, this amusement park is 500 square meters large, has parking, and features two jumping areas (junior and children) suitable for all ages. You can grab a bite to eat, and it's open every day. It could be a good option on days when the weather is bad, and indoor activities are preferred.

The El Pinillo playa for dogs in Marbella is located about 10 minutes driving from our apartment. It is a 1.5km-long beach made up of sand and few stones, and it is one of the least traveled in summer, which is why it has been one of those chosen to set up an area suitable for dogs. You can find fountains for dogs and showers to remove the sand from our pets.
