Kevin and I LOVE being outside. Boating, walking, hiking, swimming, running fishing, glamping – we love being in nature.
One of our favorite state parks! It has a great walking loop and lake/pond to kayak and fish.
There is also a pool there but it is often too crowded for us to enjoy.

Such a easy bike ride located just a half hour away. We love going here to bike the trail and then grabbing a bite to eat after. This trail is fairly level and approximately 18 miles round-trip. You can bike from Mifflinburg to Lewisburg. Along the trail there are places that you can stop to eat, grab a drink or even an ice cream cone. Takes you right through the heart of Pennsylvania and our Amish friends living spaces!

This trail is fairly level and approximately 18 miles round-trip. You can bike from Mifflinburg to Lewisburg. This place is near and dear to our hearts! Molly works there now managing their wedding and event venues but this is where we got married. It is a must see during your time here. Stop out and enjoy tasting, attend live music on Friday nights or even just stroll and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Red Headed Step Child is a must try for the wines and Molly’s favorite wine slushy is the Happy Sloth – a Sweet Catawba with Mango. You will not regret it!
We got married here in 2019 and Molly now works there running their wedding and event venues. She stays busy all summer long! With that being said, this place is near and dear to our heart. Stop by, taste the wine and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff is so kind – you might even see Molly there!
