Try the short (0.3 miles) hike to Adams Falls or continue on for additional gorgeous views. 18.0-mile out-and-back trail near Grand Lake, Colorado. The first couple of miles of this trail are easy to moderate. Generally considered a challenging route, it takes an average of 8 h 12 min to complete the entire trail. This is a very popular area for backpacking, camping, and fishing. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.
