Although it’s a 30+ minute drive from Hurricane, Snow Canyon is worth the drive! It’s varying landscape- red sandstone, black lava rock, white cliffs, along with the desert vegetation, lava caves and extinct volcanoes, it’s a must see! There are also over 20 miles of intersecting trails if you’re up for a hike or bike ride.

It’ll take you about 1&1/2 hours to drive there, but it’s absolutely beautiful and a bit cooler if you’re wanting to get out of the summer heat! There is a small reservoir for fishing, picnicking by, or just relaxing next to and enjoying the view.

If you’re wanting to get up in the pines, Pine Valley is the nearest place to get there. It’s the big, beautiful mountain you see outside our house to the North. It’ll take you about 1&1/2 hours to drive there, but it’s absolutely beautiful and a bit cooler if you’re wanting to get out of the summer heat! There is a small reservoir for fishing, picnicking by, or just relaxing next to and enjoying the view.
When you just want to relax and be entertained inside with air conditioning, this movie theater is a must! Also, check out the VIP theater!!

Rooster Run offers large portions of tasty down home cooking! We personally like to go there for breakfast and lunch. The Turkey cranberry sandwich is my favorite and the Dixie omelette is James’. Yum!

This really cool eclectic coffee shop is very popular with the locals and tourists and has a great view of confluence park! They also serve pizza, beer, pastries, sandwiches, and more… definitely give this place a try before you leave!
