Here's a quick list of some of my favorite restaurants in NW Arkansas.
We love going to the Flying Fish restaurant. Walking through the door, feels like stepping into a ocean side eatery. The food is great(oysters on the half shell, yum), the staff is very helpful and fun, the location is great, right off the square.

Only a five minute drive from our house, El Pueblito Mexican restaurant. Tasty traditional and ample servings can be found in a very extensive menu, served up by a handful of friendly extended Mexican family. Fun little bar and darn good margaritas! Reasonably priced, great Mexican food. If you are looking for Mexican in them thar hills of beautiful Bella Vista, you won't go wrong here, off Forrest Hills Blvd near the Highlands - Ole!
