You want to get an amazing view over Hallein and Salzburg? Grab your trainiers and hike up to the rocks called "Barmstein" next to Hallein. You don't need a car to get there, just walk there right out of the door ;)
Don't hesitate to ask the locals how to get there, they will help you!

Billa: Good quality supermarket, you can walk there. A bit more expensive than Hofer. Thats also where the secret parking space is.
