Buses are a cheap and easy way to get around town
Bus fares around town are 10 pesos one way. All destinations are written on their windshields. You can take a bus to Neighboring town from the wal-mart bus stop for a little more money.

Uber is easy and less expensive than taxis
Uber drivers will pick you up from the main lobby at Puerto de Luna and take you anywhere you’d like to go. They are cheaper and in my opinion safer than taxis.
