You can find perfect spots for pictures and delicious typical snacks along the way. You can also visit interesting little museums and the San Felipe Fortress.

Be bias, and try to speak Spanish if you can, so you don’t bring much attention to others. I mean just be you and humble and you should be okay around the city.
