1. The stunning Cable Bay estuary is at the bottom of the garden... The house and the verandas overlook it .... you can launch the double kayak off the lawn... Pepin Island is opposite the house. 2. Beautiful Cable Bay beach is 5 minutes walk away. You can kayak here or swim. 3. Delaware beach is a secret gem of a deserted sandy beach 5 mins drive away..... Some surfing is possible here. 4.
