Departing from Doca do Espanhol, Alcântara we will begin our tour, on the way we will see sights such as:: -25th of april bridge -Christ the King -MAAT -Electricity Museum -The Monument to the Discoveries -Tower of Belém -Commerce Square ("Praça do Comercio") -Alfama district Immerse yourself in Portuguese culture as you experience Lisbon from the sailboat while you enjoy a refreshing beverage; I offer a welcome drink (wine, beer or soft drinck) to those on board. You will return to shore with incredible photos and memories of the experience. I hope that touring with me teaches you about Lisbon, do not miss this oportunity, you will enjoy it for sure! A experiência consiste em sair da Marina junto á Torre de Belém, velejar ao longo do Rio Tejo e deslumbrar-se com o brilho de Lisboa, olhando de uma perspectiva diferente para as principais monumentos e atracções turísticas que a cidade tem para oferecer... Eu e meu amigo Paulo , iremos explicar os diversos monumentos pelos quais iremos passar, assim como alguns aspetos da cidade de Lisboa. Percurso: - Torre de Belém -Padrão dos Descobrimentos -Museu da Electricidade -MAAT -Ponte 25 de Abril -Cais do Sodré -Ribeira das Naus -Terreiro do Paço -Alfama -Cristo Rei Outras observações: O passeio de veleiro será bastante calmo e tranquilo. Não é permitido trazer bebidas alcoólicas para o barco. Agradecemos que cheguem com uma antecedencia de 15 minutos.

Hi everyone!! The idea of this experience is to provide the best possible full day in our hometown. Knowing Sintra like the back of our hands and all the magic it has to offer, we came up with what we believe to be the most amazing and complete way of experiencing its wonders in one full day! - Start the day in Lisbon in front of Dona Maria II Theater - Our first stop will be at the historic center of Sintra to discover its beautiful labyrinth like streets. We will talk about what makes Sintra so special while discovering its secrets and taste its unique pastry. - We will then discover the Palace of Quinta da Regaleira and get lost in its 4 hectares of mysticism and romantic arquitecture and gardens. - From here we will leave the tourists behind and go through the very picturesque and hidden towns of Colares, Penedo, Almoçageme etc. to reach the open atlantic coastline. - On the coastline we will go for a waterfront lunch before exploring its brethtaking cliff views and Cabo da Roca - The end of the World! -We will then have the best postcard like views of the Pena Palace and finish the tour with a visit to this unique romantic Palace. :) Other things to note Pick up and drop off in front of Dona Maria II Theater (15 walk from most areas on the city) Meals and Monuments fees are not included.

I will meet my guests at the meeting point at the Marina, and present my self, my co-hosts and Crew. When all guests arrived at the meeting point, we go to the boat, where i provide a short security briefing about the tour and what includes, such as the wine and the snacks. We will then head down the Tagus River to begin our tour, departing from Lisbon’s Alcântara Marina and heading towards Belém. We are going to pass through some of the most iconic monuments and the crew is going to tell some histories about Portugal and the discoveries. You will after this be taken up river seeing a panoramic view of the city as you go under the bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and observe Cristo Rei in all its majesty overlooking Lisbon. Finish your tour sailing towards the sunset enjoying your wine while returning to the marina in Alcântara. During this tour, great conversation is always a “must have” and you can learn a bit about the nautical history of Lisbon and get suggestions on what to see and where to eat. I believe a friendly environment breeds true friends and that’s what i aim for every time I meet new people and share with them this great passion of mine. Acompañándonos siempre estarán la luz única de la ciudad, las siete colinas y sus monumentos en la zona ribereña. Desde el muelle de Santo Amaro navegaremos hasta la Plaza del Comercio (Praça do Comércio), una plaza abierta al río y que se puede admirar en todo su esplendor desde el agua. Desde aquí, podremos observar algunos de los barrios más antiguos de Lisboa, como la Baixa, el castillo de San Jorge arriba o Alfama bajando la colina, con sus típicas casas antiguas. Cruzando el río hasta la orilla sur, obtendremos una vista única de la ciudad: la postal perfecta. Más tarde, pasando bajo el Puente 25 de Abril (gemelo del Golden Gate de San Francisco), llegaremos a la zona de Belém, donde hay mucho que ver. Justo al lado del río, casi podremos tocar la Torre de Belém o el Monumento a los Descubrimientos. También es un barrio que atrae a muchas personas para caminar. En días soleados, la animación es constante. Además de todo esto le pedimos que se deje llevar, disfrute del buen ambiente que emana la ciudad, relájese, tome una copa y pruebe nuestros exquisitos quesos y jamones nacionales. Go Sailing le ofrece la oportunidad de apreciar las maravillosas vistas de Lisboa desde una perspectiva diferente. You will board a modern sailing boat and will set sail for tour hours of fun and amazing scenery with the Clean & Safe certification from the Portuguese Turism Board! As you leave the dock you’ll pass by the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, monument in the shape of a ship that celebrates the discoveries of the Portuguese Empire, built for the Portuguese World Exhibition in 1940, and also the Torre de Belém, an iconic monument of Lisbon. You’ll see the most important points of interest of this beatiful city like Terreiro do Paço, Cais do Sodré , Museum of Electricity, MAAT and Cristo Rei.
