17G Regent Place is a cosy, quirky apartment in a quiet residential development. Just 20 minutes from the heart of Glasgow and 20 minutes from Loch Lomond. This quiet, spacious flat is situated across from picturesque Dalmuir park. Bus and train stations are both within a three minute walk, which offers direct access to the city/west end, SECC, Edinburgh and Balloch. The Golden Jubilee National Hospital is a five minute walk from the flat. Glasgow Airport is a 15 minute taxi journey.
17G Regent Place is a spacious, comfortable apartment which offers character and warmth all under one roof. It has been designed specifically to make you feel like you are travelling to a home… from home. We know how important this is to our guests. The flat is fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix and free parking. The apartment has two beautifully decorated bedrooms which feature ample storage space for clothing and suitcases. The master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and the second has a double. There is an additional sleeping option of a small double fold out bed which can be set up in the living room. Just let us know when you book and we can have it all laid out in the living room so you can sort yourselves out when it suits you. The living room is tastefully decorated with generous space for five guests (complete with board games). We have a dining table which seats four which can also act as a desk for those needing to log a few work hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials: ceramic hob cooker, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer as well as the necessary equipment for cooking (crockery, cutlery and utensils). There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities. The bathroom comprises bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Complimentary towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided for guests. The property is kitted out with safety features which are maintained regularly, including a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, 3 smoke and heat detectors and a CO2 detector. Which will hopefully give you some peace of mind. We will consider well behaved dogs and we insist all guests inform us prior to booking as there is a small charge of £15 per dog. Check in time is any time after 3pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you. Check out is prior to 11am. We do our best to accommodate late check-outs, so please get in touch with us if you need that. We can only accommodate depending on availability. No need to clean after you leave (that’s what the cleaning fee is for!), but if you damage the home in any way, you may be charged for damages. Cancellations: Cancel up to 7 days before to get 50% refund (minus service fees). Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check-in and within 48 hours of booking. se Rules • No smoking inside the flat or communal close. • No parties or events (We have a zero-tolerance policy on parties because it is a residential area. In the events of a party taking place, you would be asked to leave immediately, the police will be called and you will not be refunded.) • Self check-in with keypad. • Please respect our neighbours and reduce noise after 10pm. • No more than 6 people can be staying. Other things to note: • The flat is located on the third floor with no elevator access. • Keys can be collected at guests convenience via the on-site key safe.
The flat is situated in a peaceful residential area, but close to main road links and the train line. There are several supermarkets within walking distance and some great takeaways are right round the corner.

The bathroom available does have a bath and shower for and will be private for the guest. With towels and shower gel available.

I have a spare double room in my own house for rent. There is a television with built in dvd player and a tivo box in the bedroom. I will be here when I have guests. I live in a quiet cul de sac 8 miles from Glasgow city centre with transport links nearby. Breakfast will be cereal/ porridge , toast , tea/ coffee and juice. Free wifi available.
There is a large , south facing , enclosed , quiet back garden where guests can sit if they wish. Guests are welcome to sit in living room and use dining room and kitchen also.
This is a quiet, residential area with very little traffic as the street is a small cul de sac.

    Have a nice wee private let an ideal spot in Clydebank. 30 second walk to Clydebank train station, Clydebank college is right across the road from my flat, Clydebank shopping center + bus station is 2 minutes walk. Its a really quiet area and naighbours are all very cool. I've lived here a year and I don't have any complaints. I smoke, just putting that out but I'll respefully smoke in my room with the window if it's a problem. I have a fold out futon and can move drawers out if u need more room
    It's a 2 bedroom flat in a nice area. It's a fold out futon in the spare room n I have a memory foam type mattress on it. It's comfortable. drawers and cupboard for you to use
    Really quiet area. Right in the center of Clydebank center. 21 mins travel to Glasgow Central on train

My flat is cosy and close to all amenities. Close to Glasgow airport, Glasgow city centre and the famous west end. Loch Lomond is a 20 minute drive where some of the most beautiful surroundings can be found.

    In the bedroom you have a brand new king size bed and brand new mattress. Mirrored wardrobes give you plenty of space to hang your clothes. You have access to an iron and ironing board here. The place is quiet generally so you will get a good night's sleep.
    The place is located just off of the famous Dumbarton Road. It is a few miles away from the SSE Hydro and SECC buildings. You are in close proximity to BAE systems shipbuilding. A taxi to the centre costs approximately £8- £10 with uber. There are plenty of buses with a direct route to town which cost around £3. It is a perfect location to get your head down if you are going up into the highlands. Also a great place to stay if you have a gig at the Hydro or one of the many other music venues we have in Glasgow. If I am around I am a taxi driver by profession and I don't mind if I need to drop you into town if I'm not busy it's no problem at all. You have access to everything in the property I just ask that you respect it and clean it after use. Everything is only a couple of weeks old as of February 2019. There is a food steamer, toaster, kettle, microwave, NutriBullet, slow cooker and a proper coffee machine that grinds the beans for you if you're into that. I love coffee. There is a fridge and freezer and if you need to use it I will do my best to make space for you. You are welcome to use the washing machine if you really need to. I don't have a dryer right now just a clothes horse although this will be changing soon. I'm a very sociable person but I also do enjoy my own space. That said if I'm in the living room and you are in the apartment also feel free to come in and join me and chat away. If you need any advice on anything please just ask I will be happy to help.
    It's a very quiet building and I rarely see my neighbours and it's a very safe area

El vino, galletas, etc. a nuestra llegada fue un toque encantador. El estacionamiento está justo enfrente de la casa. Nos sentimos muy seguros en el vecindario tranquilo y limpio y los lugareños fueron amables. Fácil, plano diez minutos a pie de tiendas para trozos y piezas. Scott había dejado folletos para artículos de interés y cosas que hacer en Glasgow y áreas más allá. Desde Erskine, estás prácticamente en el camino hacia Loch Lomond, Helensburgh y The Trossachs, todo pintoresco y que vale la pena visitar. Lo único negativo que tendría es que el hogar no es propicio para niños pequeños o ancianos. Como somos corredores, el camino a lo largo del canal era bastante útil para caminatas y trotes matutinos. También fue maravilloso que el centro comercial estuviera a solo cinco minutos a pie. Tomamos café, almuerzo, cena y compramos muchas veces allí. Recomiendo Nando's para el almuerzo o la cena. Una de las mejores características es que está en una ruta principal de autobuses. No hay problema para llegar a ningún lado. ¡Alquilamos un auto y siempre podíamos estacionar afuera de nuestra puerta! Este es un lugar encantador para dos personas. Agradable y tranquilo con habitaciones grandes. Dos adiciones menores estarían bien. Un reloj digital para el dormitorio y un par de pequeños cuchillos afilados para la cocina. Aparte de eso, fue perfecto. Si surge la necesidad, me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

    Private room for 2 in a Scottish family home in a prime location between Glasgow city centre & Loch Lomond (20 minutes by train to either one). Train station 5 minute walk & Bus station 14 minute walk. Has cable tv in room if you want to watch anything. Easy to get to from Glasgow airport (18 mins by taxi which should cost around £15.. ask us for taxi number if you would like) & also easy to get to from the main bus station in Glasgow city centre. 11 minutes walk we have a an Asda supermarket
    What makes our room unique is the cosiness of the room and the easy access to Loch Lomond which is absolutely stunning in winter or summer and also the easy access to Glasgow city centre where you can shop till you drop, visit some museums and learn a little bit of history or have a good old night drinking Scottish beer or whiskey in the many pubs or bars.
    The unique thing about our neighbour hood is that its in a middle class ordinary Scottish area so you can really get a feel and see how Scottish people really live.

    This is a spacious well presented 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to six guests comfortably. The property has two double bedrooms, bedroom one has a King size bed, bedroom two has two single beds that can be linked on request to make a Super king size bed. All mattresses are hand made by Millbrook beds. The 18ft living room has a corner sofa that can be made up as a double bed. All rooms are fitted with thermal blackout blinds. There are two washrooms in the way of a down stairs WC and upstairs Bathroom which has both a Bath and Shower. The main living area has a 32” tv and WiFi is available throughout the property and the kitchen dinner is fully equipped for your stay including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. Off road parking on a private drive as well as a garage can be available on request. Garage can be rented out as airport parking on request.
    The property is situated on an elevated plot surrounded by trees on two sides. The residential area is quite and close to local amenities.

Comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a double bed in the bedroom and ample space in the lounge for the double z bed. All bedding and towels are provided. When not in use, the z bed stores neatly away in the large hall cupboard.
    Bright, spacious, one bedroom ground floor flat with large open plan lounge/dining kitchen. The lounge has seating for 5 people, and the dining table seats 4. Additionally, there is a work area including a desk, office chair and desk lamp. The flat has high speed fibre broadband, with a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout. Regarding sleeping arrangements, the bedroom has a comfortable double bed. A double z bed is also provided for up to two additional guests, with plenty of floorspace to accommodate this in the lounge.

  • Tuvimos una gran estancia como siempre, el apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio a la llegada y fácil entrada como de costumbre. Siempre me quedo aquí cuando trabajo en Glasgow ya que el precio es muy bueno para el nivel de servicio y la ubicación de la propiedad. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una buena base en Glasgow, ya sea que se encuentre allí por trabajo o por placer. Ya estoy reservando de nuevo para una estancia en febrero.

  • Un bonito y limpio apartamento espacioso en una zona tranquila pero lo suficientemente cerca para hacer turismo o ir de compras. Nos recibió Linda, que fue muy útil y la comunicación fue excelente con Will. La cama plegable de z fue muy buena para los niños, también dormí por una noche y me sentí lo suficientemente cómoda, aunque tal vez no por muchas noches. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque una escapada a Glasgow.

    The Studio is 10 Minutes from Glasgow Airport, it’s a converted garage a cozy space, it’s stand alone to the side of a detached bungalow, in a residential private estate with country views. The Studio is freshly decorated and tastefully furnished with John Lewis Trundle beds, in natural wood, fresh white bedding, contemporary lighting and lamps to create the right ambience for your stay. There is a TV, WIFi, kitchen space with sink, to prepare snacks, crockery, kettle, toaster and fridge.
    The Studio is accessed via a private entrance, the entrance is to the side of the bungalow through a coded gate. Breakfast is provided, coffee, tea, orange juice, toast, preserves and Fresh milk, this is in the Studio on arrival for guests to prepare. Dietary requirements can be considered. Arrival and departure times can be discussed once booked. Luggage Drop off Luggage can be dropped off earlier at main house if required. If guests are not sure of arrival time the key can be left in a Lock Box.
    The Studio is in an ideal location to explore the Highlands, crossing the Erskine Bridge 5 minutes away, or to visit places of interest, Balloch Castle, Loch Lomond or the city of Glasgow with Amazing shopping and eateries ( 20 minutes on the train) . Bishopton train station is 10 minutes away.
