Asunto on Itä-Rukan huippupaikalla rinteessä, maantasossa, rinteen puolella aurinkoisella paikalla. Ovelta suoraan laskettelemaan. Nämä kaikki 100m päässä: Gondoli, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus-pysäkki, RukaValleyn ravintolat, lipunmyynti&vuokraamo, K-Market (auki talvikaudella). Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

In the summertime there is a cooling air conditioning machine in the apartment. This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Full size cabinet dryer. More info in the photo captions! NOTE! You need to bring your own bed linen etc, and clean the apartment to same level it was on your arrival. Ruka Hideaway is a peaceful log villa by Moisasenlampi, just 3 km from Ruka Village. The property includes a main cabin and a separate sauna house, sleeping 4+1 guests. Enjoy an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ski trails are under 1 km away, and nature surrounds you in every season. Final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included. A serene retreat for all-year adventure and relaxation.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Keloruka, First Class 4BR chalet, best location

This luxurious holiday home is very cosy. It has a well equipped kitchen, the views are great and location is superb. We are just outside crowded area with total privacy. Restaurants, shops and services of Ruka Village are close. Kids can walk to the slopes/lifts and Village safely without having to cross any roads. Our cabin has 180m2. Requests for future seasons and short stays are also wellcome. You will love it.

Villa Light

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.
