Redwood was designed for romantic weekend getaways or extended stays. It offers two covered decks; one over looks the tall ponderosa pines off of the main living area with seating and gas fire table, The second Covered deck offers a private Hot Tub, seating around the gas fire table and a Gas BBQ Grill – two level - 3 steps up to cabin entrance and main level, several steps to upper bedroom level - Wi-Fi in cabin - Roku - DVD/CD player-cabin side parking.

Our completely remodeled cabin is located in “Old Ruidoso”. It’s walking distance to Midtown and a short drive to Grindstone Lake, Ski Apache and Ruidoso Downs Race Track. We have a grill on our back deck with a seating area plus a hammock in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.

Wildlife roam this cabin daily so have your camera ready, Knotty Bear Cabin is surrounded by many other cabins but you’ll still find peace and quiet for a relaxing stay. We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
