The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre. Here you will find a fabulous selection of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Beverley Minster, Beverley Racecourse and Beverley’s beautiful Westwood pastures.
