Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

Tervetuloa viihtyisään kaupunkiasuntoon keskustan läheisyyteen. Keskustaan kävelet 5-10 minuutissa. Lyhyen matkan päästä löytyy Kulttuurikeskus Korundi ja Kauppakeskus Revontuli. Tiedekeskus Pilke sekä Arktikum sijaitsevat myös kävelyetäisyyden päässä. Huoneisto sopii pariskunnille, ystäville ja yksin matkaaville, mutta myös pienille perheille. Nauti matkastasi tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kaupunkikodissani. Autolle löytyy maksuton pysäköintipaikka.

Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.
