A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. A small table with chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we DO NOT have a kitchen)

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Our cozy Downtown Bungalow is a plush king studio with private entrance, patio & fenced yard along with reserved off-street parking, keyless entry & video security. The spa quality bathroom, kitchenette and short walk to Downtown Lincoln restaurants, shopping & award winning brewery makes for a relaxing getaway. Venture out 10 mins to the Placer Wine Trail, Mountain Mandarin Trail or hike Hidden Falls (12 mi). Premium mattress, dedicated HVAC, WiFi, laundry and Smart TV included.

Toad Hollow Guest Suite

Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

There is a 3 beds/2 bath separated and very private part of the house with a private front door entrance and private backyard, suitable for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Spacious living room, kitchen with full-size refrigerator, shady outdoor sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses, "Children's" bedroom can work perfectly for tall adults because it has two Twin XL size beds.

Walking distance to the Wood-creek Golf-course, Nugget Market, Safeway, Raley's grocery stores.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
