Approximately 500 sq ft, this guest house features a modern living room with mounted flat screen TV and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
All utilities included; electric, gas, water, garbage, cable, Internet and monthly house keeping which includes replenishment of bed linens and towels for stays over a month.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plate-ware, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee machine and more. There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen for seared meals.
A small work desk provides for a space to get business accomplished.
The king size bed is fitted with Egyptian Cotton sheets and a plush Goose Down comforter. There is ample space to unpack your belongings in the custom made closet with wooden hangers and a luggage rack. The full bathroom is connected to the bedroom.
There is a separate private entrance from the Main House. The personal seated patio area is ideal for a sunny morning breakfast, relaxing in the early evening with glass of wine or BBQ.
The property is only 6 years old and is located in a safe, quaint family neighborhood.
Cleaning Fees apply housekeeping service before and after stays. Additional housekeeping services can be added. Our Guest House is a combination of "Home Sweet Home" and "Hotel Luxury".

My husband and I love to travel. We enjoy experiencing new cultures, exotic food and learning about each county's heritage and history. We met and live in the Napa Valley where we are surrounded by beautiful cascading vineyards. Being able to indulge in delicious food and luscious wines is truly wonderful!
