Gezellige mezzanine in een rijhuis vlakbij Leuven. Je komt binnen in een bureau-ruimte met kast en kan daarna via een privé trap naar de slaapkamer gaan. De badkamer, 2 toiletten, woonkamer, keuken en tuin zijn gedeeld met mezelf en 1 andere huurder (zeer rustige studente). In de kelder staan een wasmachine en een droogkast die gebruikt mogen worden. Er is altijd parking voor de deur en anders kan je in de straat zeker iets vinden.

The house is newly renovated. It has a big open kitchen right next to the garden. Trough a big sliding window you are in the garden. The living room is cosy and if you want to watch a movie you can use the projector to project the movie upon a wall in front of the sofa. The bathroom is small but has a beautiful rain shower. There are 2 toilets in the house. In the cellar there is a washing machine and a dryer which you can also use during your stay.

Het huis is op 15' fietsafstand van de oude markt. Er is een bushalte vlakbij en er is altijd parkeerplaats in de buurt. Op 10' fietsafstand zit je in Heverlee bos. En op 5' fietsafstand in de abdij van het park. Aan de kerk (op 5' wandelen) is er een brasserie/café waar ze lekkere en goedkope gerechten serveren.
