The entire house is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and a brand new washer and dryer. The landscaping is all new for the 2019 season, with an enormous private patio, and a luxurious 6-8 person salt water hot tub.
The bedrooms are fully furnished with Crate & Barrel furniture, including queen size Simmons Beautyrest mattresses and plush, luxury linens.
The living room features a spectacular white leather sectional and plush shag area rug with a 50" TV.
There are two full bathrooms, one in the main living area, and a private master bath. Both bathrooms have standing showers.
Don't feel like eating out? The kitchen is equipped with a complete 13-piece stainless steel cooking set, and plenty of glasses and dishes to entertain your friends or family.
If you're planning a work-cation, our home offers hi-speed wifi throughout. For international guests, the power outlets are equipped with USB charging ports to charge your cell phone, tablet, or any other device.
Our home is conveniently located in the center of Marco Island, a few quick minutes from Tigertail Beach, The JW Marriott Resort & Conference Center, Kane Tiki Bar, the area's best restaurants, fishing, boating, and jet skis.
The house is equipped for keyless entry, so you don't need to carry your keys to the beach.

Our house is located in the middle of Marco Island. We are a 3-5 minute drive to the beach, about 7 minutes by bike, or 20 minutes walking.
We are close to the JW Marriott Hotel, Resort & Conference Center. Nearby restaurants include Ciao Bella, Kane Tiki Bar (at the Marriott), DaVinci Italian Ristorante, Pinchers, Oyster Society, Marco Prime, Doreen's Cup of Joe (best breakfast on Marco!), and Starbucks. There is also a grocery store and Walgreens are within walking distance from the house.
Marco island is a four mile by six mile resort community in the Gulf of Mexico, with a long and beautiful crescent beach. It was voted the number one island in America and one of the top ten islands in the world!
