This place worked for me because of its price and location, but as far as an Airbnb experience it was pretty mediocre. The apartment was clean and the size was as expected for a studio, though the bed and bedding weren't particularly nice (and different from what is pictured). There were some key things missing from this apartment; cooking utensils, cookware, paper towels, ice tray, ironing board... all the things one expects to find in a "home" which is how the hosts describe it. It's pretty clear nobody actually lives here, and that this is just a unit used as a sublet/Airbnb rental. And that's another problem; renting this apartment is in violation of this building's residency agreement, and the hosts go a long way to avoid detection, including using a "dead drop" outside the apartment for the key, and instructions to lie to the front desk and basically make no contact with any of the building management. As a result I felt pretty much like I was in hiding while I was there, and didn't feel comfortable doing things like asking for the wifi password in the business lounge, or asking the front desk for directions or recommendations for food, etc. Maybe this is fine for some folks, but I'm too old for those kinds of shenanigans. Overall it was a little less expensive than other hotels in the area, but it was also less comfortable and ultimately not worth the trouble.

This was a great location. You could walk or quickly Uber to all sorts of great bars and restaurants nearby. The place was really nice and clean, the shower was super hot and had great water pressure. The bed(s) were very comfortable.

Good location - very central (although very quiet at night). Smooth check-in and no problems at all! Great for business trip if you're solo!
