The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

A cute little gem in down east Maine

It’s a cozy, private and calm space. Kind of “quirky artsy zen”. *Please note that there are steep stairs inside the apt. **Also stairs leading up to deck/door. *We are on route one/Main st. This is a BUSY road. FYI :) Guests say that the space is quiet. The location is convenient. 15 -20 minute radius to all the down east attractions. There are parks to walk dogs nearby. Laurels bakery is 2 minute walk down theThe downtown has restaurants, general store, coffee and art- to name a few!

"The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.
