Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. ‘The Rustic Cabin’ was built in the late 60’s as a weekend getaway. Located a 15 minute drive from Sechelt, the Welcome Woods cabin maintains much of the eclectic building style common on the Coast in that era. Most similar dwellings are long gone. It’s a perfect location with Sargeant Bay, Fullerton Beach and Welcome Woods Market, all within a 15 minute walk or short drive. Across the street are kilometres of hiking, and biking trails. Our family has enjoyed the quiet area since 2007.

Our licensed ocean view suite (built in 2022) is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast in West Sechelt. It’s a 5 min drive (20 min walk) into town with the bus stop 2 mins from the front door. Kick back and relax on the spacious patio where you can enjoy our gas fire bowl, Weber BBQ and backyard after a day of exploring. Our private one bedroom suite comes with a queen size bed, queen size pull out couch, smart 50” tv, high speed fibre optic internet and air conditioning.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years.
