Close to other popular beaches such as Robe and Beachport. Southend is adjacent to the Canunda National Park for 4WD enthusiasts. Southend is perfect for fishing, sailing, swimming or just lazing on the beach. A surf beach is situated between Southend and Beachport. Southend has a small shop that is licensed and sells basic groceries. It has a takeaway fish and chip shop open weekends (6 days during summer).There is a local community club open weekends (open for meals in summer).Restaurants and other shopping is available in Beachport and Millicent, both a short drive away. We would like to stress this property is our own beach house. It is not resort standard accommodation. There isn't any air conditioning only fans and basic heating. Our pricing reflects this. It should be viewed as a comfortable base for exploring the area and other activities : fishing, boating, surfing and 4 wheel driving.

Robe Four Mile Cottage (circa 1880) on the outskirts of Robe, a rustic and quirky retreat built from natural paddock stone, offering warmth and tranquillity from the moment you arrive. The cottage features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, ideal for couples or friends. A fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a pod machine. The cosy lounge offers leather chesterfields, a smart TV, a cowhide rug and original timber floors—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Robe.

The Shouse (shed/house), built in 2017 is a unique space located in a hidden pocket of Beachport. Within walking distance to the centre of town, beach and scenic drive it is the perfect getaway. Located at Durrants lookout where you can enjoy walks to the back beach and lake of Siloam. A funky and cosy warehouse styled accomodation with great outdoor pergola to relax. Lounge, kitchen/dining and bathroom are on the lower level with bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of room for your boat too!

The second bedroom has a tri-bunk, queen on the bottom, single on top. The third bedroom has a single bed. Bathroom features large corner bath. Outside relax on the large deck for afternoon drinks and a BBQ.
