Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden. We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
