Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

This first floor flat has been refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. The bed is English king size (150 cm wide) with Egyptian bedlinen. Modern well fitted kitchen, bright lounge/diner. Bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. Off road parking. West Kirby Court is in the centre of this vibrant seaside town.

Located on the prestigious West Kirby parade directly overlooking the Marine Lake with beautiful views across to Hilbre Island and the Welsh Hills. A 5 minute walk to cafes, winebars and restaurants. Other local amenities include watersports tuition, leisure centre with swimming pool, 2 golf course, railway station with trains to Chester and Liverpool.

Cabin - Camping Municipal!

Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
