Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank und ein historischer Schreibtisch komplettieren die Einrichtung. Das angrenzende großzügige Tageslicht-Badezimmer beeindruckt mit einer geräumigen Dusche und WC.

Stijlvol 'boutique' appartement waar je kan genieten van een heerlijk verblijf in Maastricht. De ruime keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor veel leefbaarheid. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met beide een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast zijn er twee badkamers met douche. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Luxe sfeervol ingerichte suites met vrij uitzicht over heuvelland. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons Swiss Sense boxsprings. Badkamer(bad en/of inloopdouche). Kitchenette met koffie/theefaciliteiten, airfryer/oven, kookplaten, koelkast en vaatwasser. Alle suites hebben een eigen terras of een balkon. In de zomer is er buiten bij de terrassen een barbeque. Buitenplaats Welsdael een unieke uitvalsbasis voor wandel fietstochten op plateau van Margraten bij Maastricht.
