Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen im schönen Zillertal – in dieser geräumigen & ruhigen Wohnung. Ich vermiete die Ferienwohnungen, die meine Großeltern sehr liebevoll & hochwertig eingerichtet haben. Da sie selbst nicht mehr in der Lage sind, diese zu vermieten, fahre ich damit fort. Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 71 m2. ! Bei uns sind Einzelpersonen, mehrere Personen, sowie Familien jedes Alters, Geschlechts, und jeder Herkunft willkommen ! Es gelten Hausregeln & Vorschriften für JEDE/N gleichermaßen. :)

Eingebettet in die Ruhe der Tiroler Berglandschaft empfängt Sie ein modernes Ferienhaus, das mit klarer Holzarchitektur, großen Glasfronten und natürlicher Schlichtheit einen Ort der Erholung schafft. Es erwarten Sie ein offener Wohnbereich, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei stilvolle Bäder die Raum für Gemeinsamkeit und Rückzug bieten. Ob auf der sonnigen Terrasse, am Esstisch oder bei einer Wanderung direkt vom Haus – hier finden Naturverbundene, Ruhesuchende und Familien einen Ort zum Durchatmen.

Unsere Hütte ist ein einzigartiges Refugium, das Tradition und Moderne vereint. Auf 1.370 m Höhe gelegen, bietet sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Tiroler Berge und blühende Almwiesen. Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

A mountain jewel from the 18th century, lovingly restored, for groups of up to 8 people. The apartment, completely renovated, is located in the original part of the farmhouse, the small windows and the irregularities of the building make it unique. A hut paradise for self-catering, ideal for families, a retreat with friends or co-working. Not far from Munich and Innsbruck in the middle of Zillertal, between Spieljochbahn and Hochfügen, the skibus is around the corner. Just beautiful!

Mit dem Duft und der Atmosphäre natürlicher Materialien heißt die Zillertalerin Sie willkommen. Jedes der Apartments verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa. Somit können vier Personen übernachten (Preis für 3. und und 4. erwachsene Person 25 € / Nacht).
