We lived on an easement & its condition varies & is not suitable for low profile cars Driveway- back out if wet 2 sets of stairs.

We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
