A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

This Historic Mansion was built in 1880 by Burton Westcott who next moved to Springfield, OH and built The Westcott House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. This home has been lovingly renovated with special care to preserve the ornate wood flooring (each room has a unique design) as well as the original Tiffany Stain glass windows.
